Reno, Lake Tahoe and surrounding area, real estate markets continue to sizzle. Traditionally recognized as a slower time of year for area real estate, Q1 of 2021 revealed record-breaking trends with year-over-year increases as high as 124% in sales volume and 81% increases in home prices depending on the neighborhood.
