Hello Friends and Clients,
I understand the concern, stress and uncertainty you and your family are likely experiencing as a result of the pandemic. I’m right there with you! As your realtor and friend, it’s important that you know I’m here for you.
As we find ourselves in this time of uncertainty, there is at least one thing that remains constant – we are still waking up, eating and sleeping. And to that, I can tell you that the real estate market is always awake, truly has an appetite and never sleeps. Although the way we are conducting business is different and we are in strange and unchartered times, I’m still moving forward (safely) with my real estate business every day.
In addition to virtually conducting my daily Zoom meetings and responding to emails, I am utilizing the best technological resources available in order to continue providing you with the best quality service. These resources include:
- Matterport 3D Home Tours – Matterports provide a three-dimensional virtual rendering of a home used to create a realistic, fully immersive viewing experience. This “digital twin” gives you full access to see a property in depth without having to see it in person.
- Virtual Live Showings – Interested in a home but “shelter in place” ordinances are preventing you from touring it in person? No problem! With interactive virtual showings, you can still get a live, one-on-one tour of a home just as you would in person. FaceTime has been a great tool for this.
- Virtual Staging – Curate by Sotheby’s International Realty allows you to stage and visualize a house as your own before purchase. The available furniture and decor designs are also shoppable within Curate by Sotheby’s International Realty, as well as on our global website, , through a “shop-the-room” functionality. Click to download the Curate App.
Please call/video me if you have any questions about our new normal in real estate or just want to chat. I would love to hear how you are doing and learn about your new normal. I look forward to being able to meet with you in person once this is all behind us. Until then, stay healthy and safe.
