Lake Tahoe, Calif./Nevada, (Jan 27, 2020) – With a more than $160 million in sales throughout California and Nevada, Breck Overall and Jeff Hamilton shared the spotlight as Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty’s top producing agents in 2020. Capturing the firms “Agent of the Year” award, the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe-based team notably doubled their business year over year in 2020.

In addition to their real estate accomplishments, the duo is recognized for being passionate about giving back to Truckee/Lake Tahoe community. In 2020 they donated more than $172,000 to local charities including, Sierra House, The Truckee Senior Center, Sierra Kitchen, Project Mana, Truckee Trails, The Land Trust, The Warming Center and the Truckee Donner Land Trust.
Overall and Hamilton are equally generous with their time. Overall currently serves as the Board Chairman for the Tahoe Forest Hospital Foundation and volunteers for the fundraising committee for both the Truckee Donner Land Trust and The Truckee River Watershed Council. He donates a percentage of every sale to Home for a Home (homeforahome.org).
A former Olympic medalist in speed skiing, Hamilton is the President of the Auburn Ski Club and has served on the Board of the Truckee Donner Land Trust for six years and currently serves on the Land Committee.
