Happy 2025 Dear Friends, Clients, and Colleagues!
 
It's hard to believe we are almost a month into 2025 already, but I would be remiss not to take a formal moment to show a heartfelt THANK YOU for the busy, productive, and reflective year of 2024.
 
I feel so fortunate to have helped over 50 clients transact during their life shifts for one reason or another, and from each, more lessons learned and tools gained to continue mastering the craft of how to support others.
 
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. Cheers to a wonderful holiday season and manifesting a bright year ahead!

In early January, I feel honored to have been able to join 50 other top producing female agents to a weekend full of growth and value at the Vision Board 2025 event hosted by Jennifer Schumacher in Scottsdale, Arizona. We took away an IMMENSE amount of AI tools, social media marketing guru tips, mental mindset and business organization tools all to elevate the end result of the service levels provided to our clientele. I left feeling absolutely mind blown, and can't wait to bring this new level of service to our valued clientele base to benefit their asset portfolios as an end result.
The Fastest Way to Improve Your Credit Score
 
Having and maintaining a high credit score can save you 10’s of thousands of $$ over your lifetime, so it’s worth understanding how to maximize your score. This is especially important when preparing to buy a home with a mortgage. Here are a few quick strategies that can make a significant impact.
 
Check Your Credit Report for Errors
 
Start by pulling your credit report from all three bureaus—Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion—at www.annualcreditreport.com. Look for errors like accounts that don’t belong to you, incorrect balances, or late payments that aren’t accurate. Dispute these inaccuracies immediately with the credit bureaus. Just go to their websites and follow the
dispute instructions.
 
Pay Down Credit Card Balances
 
Credit utilization—the percentage of your balance to the credit limit—is a major factor in your score. Aim to keep this ratio below 30%, or ideally under 10%. Important -You can also make a payment before your statement cutoff date to lower your balance and utilization % before the creditor reports your balance to the credit bureaus. Then make your normal payment when due. You can essentially make 2 payments in each month
.
Request a Credit Line Increase
 
If paying down balances isn’t feasible, consider asking your credit card issuer for a higher credit limit. If granted, this lowers your utilization ratio without additional spending.
 
Become an Authorized User
 
If a family member or trusted friend has a credit card with a long history of on-time payments and low utilization, ask if you can be added as an authorized user. Their positive account history can boost your score almost immediately.
