A deep-seated professional, Tricia approaches real estate with the same enthusiasm and dedication she applied to her 20 years in executive leadership roles with Bay area technology companies. Buyers, sellers, and investors can expect reliability, integrity, and a “can-do” work ethic. Tricia is focused, concise, and discrete with hands-on experience in real estate investment.
A California native and Cal Poly graduate, Tricia has enjoyed a lifelong love and presence at Lake Tahoe, eventually calling the region home. She has personal experience buying, renovating, and selling local investment properties.
Tricia lives on Tahoe City’s west shore, where she resides with her partner of 14 years. Together, they enjoy the year-round playground Lake Tahoe is renowned for, along with concerts, museums, and trips to the dog park with their mini bernedoodle. They are members of the Tahoe Yacht Club and the Tahoe City Golf Course. A fun fact: Tricia has earned a technical Emmy award and a Gold album.
